UsuperPower Successfully Participates in Electric Indonesia 2026, Showcasing Diesel Generator Sets

UsuperPower took part in the Electric Indonesia exhibition, held in Jakarta, Indonesia from September 2 to 5, 2026. The exhibition brought together companies and professionals from the power and energy industry, giving UsuperPower the opportunity to showcase its diesel generator products, while also helping build connections with potential customers and industry partners.

About Electric Indonesia 2026

Electric Indonesia 2026 was held at the Jakarta International Expo. The venue covers 50,000 square meters, and the exhibition mainly featured power-related equipment. The Jakarta power and energy exhibition focuses on power generation technology, renewable energy, smart grids, and the energy transition, covering the full industry chain — gensets, solar PV, wind power, hydropower, geothermal, energy storage, transformers, power electronics, and more.

UsuperPower at Electric Indonesia

At UsuperPower’s booth, a diesel genset was the main physical exhibit on display. Visitors had the chance to see the unit up close and discuss their specific power needs with the team, Our booth was located in the power generation technology and equipment zone.

We’re expanding into the Indonesian market. Indonesia is an important market in Southeast Asia, and we place great importance on our Indonesian customers. This exhibition gave UsuperPower a platform to engage with Indonesian customers, letting us connect with them directly while also building relationships with distributors, contractors, and project developers. It also gave us a deeper understanding of local power demand and opened the door to future collaboration.

Connecting with Customers and Industry Partners in Indonesia

During Electric Indonesia 2026, UsuperPower’s team had the opportunity to engage with customers, distributors, contractors, and other professionals from the power and energy industry. The conversations covered not just the genset on display at the booth, but also went deep into the specific power needs and application requirements behind different projects.

Visitors at the Booth

Visitors discussed topics such as fuel consumption, power output, capacity, the engine and alternator selection, voltage and frequency, and control systems. For many projects, choosing a genset isn’t just about picking a power rating — factors like the sensitivity of the connected equipment, how long it needs to run continuously, the installation environment, fuel supply, and future expansion all shape the right configuration. That’s why the UsuperPower team focused on understanding each customer’s actual application, then worked through the right power solution based on their project needs.

Questions from Visitors

During the exhibition, visitors raised a lot of questions with us, mostly around generator fuel consumption, sizing, engine and alternator configuration, backup power, voltage and frequency, and customized gensets.

Some of the most common questions:

What’s the fuel consumption of the generator?

Fuel consumption varies depending on the generator’s power output, engine efficiency, and load conditions.

How many kVA do I need?

That depends on your total load, starting load, and any load expansion you might need in the future.

Can you provide customization?

We can customize the generator’s configuration based on the power, fuel tank, enclosure, control system, and installation requirements you need.

Do you provide after-sales service?

We provide a one-year warranty, and our specialists can guide you remotely on how to repair the generator.

What Our Team Learned About Local Power Needs

Through our conversations with customers, we learned that Indonesia is developing rapidly and its power demand keeps growing. Economic growth is driving a broader range of commercial and industrial power loads.

Grid stability is a real weak point in Indonesia — the grid infrastructure isn’t very developed, and combined with frequent natural disasters, the risk of power outages is high. This is a genuine problem for hospitals, data centers, and the telecom industry. Frequent outages are keeping demand for generators on the rise across the region.

Indonesia’s archipelago geography creates obstacles for power transmission, making backup power an essential need. If remote islands still rely on shipping in diesel by boat to keep their power supply going, that’s costly and inefficient from an economic standpoint — which also points to a long-term need in island regions for reliable, easy-to-maintain generating equipment, and our gensets are a great fit for exactly this kind of situation.

Why Diesel Gensets Are Important for Indonesia’s Power Needs

As Backup Power for Industry and Commerce

When the utility grid goes down, a generator is your reliable backup power source. For factories, malls, and office buildings, a sudden outage can mean production stoppages, data loss, or critical equipment going offline. With a genset in place, you can switch from utility power to generator power. If you need especially reliable continuity of supply, you can choose a genset equipped with an ATS, which switches automatically between utility power and the generator, minimizing the impact of outages on your daily operations.

Reliable Power Support for Construction Projects

Construction sites usually don’t have a permanent, continuous power connection, yet lighting, power tools, tower cranes, welding equipment, and other temporary facilities all need a steady power supply. That’s why diesel generators are an important temporary power source on many construction sites.

Used in the Telecom Industry

Indonesia’s telecom industry is growing fast, and the need for a stable power supply keeps rising. As 5G networks, data transmission, and communications infrastructure keep expanding, communication base stations, data transmission equipment, and network facilities need to run continuously, and can’t afford to stay down for long even during a utility outage. Diesel generators can power critical equipment during an outage, reducing the risk of communication disruption when the power goes down.
